• Once you've successfully logged in, you will be redirected to your Open Jobs Overview Wall
• Click on 'Manage Jobs' located on the top navigation bar
• On the drop down menu, you will have the option to 'Post a New Job'
• Or once you're on the “Manage Jobs” page, click on the “+Submit New Job” button
• Follow the guide placed on the left-hand side of the builder. This details various sections of your job post
• Once you've added in your details, preview your job post
• Confirm your information and review your details and sit back!

Note: All job posts can be saved as drafts and will appear on your 'Manage Jobs' page.

Job Cards posted with the tag "Hot jobs" indicate jobs that have been posted within the last 24hours on the platform. We use a backend algorithm where the tags are automatically added to these job cards.

'Open Jobs' refers to any active jobs posted on the platform by you or your members. All job posts have a validity of one month from the date of being posted.

• Sign into your Litwork account at www.litwork.in
• Click on 'Manage Jobs' on the top navigation bar
• Select the 'View Open Jobs' option - choose the open job card you want to reassign
• On the top right hand corner, you will see three vertical dot
• The drop down menu will give you the option to 'Reassign Job'
• Complete the requested details and click on “Reassign Job”

As soon as you've completed the requested information and reviewed your job post, it will go live immediately. Jobs appear on a candidate's job wall every 24 hours.

• Click on 'Manage Jobs' on the top navigation bar
• Select the 'View Open Jobs' option - choose the open job card you want to close
• On the top right hand corner, you will see three vertical dot
• The drop down menu will give you the option to Close Job, confirm the decision by selecting 'close post' on the pop up

You can still access a closed job under 'Closed Positions'

'Closed Jobs' refer to jobs posted on the platform that have either expired or closed by you or your team members registered on the platform. You can always choose to renew your job post. For more information write to us support@litwork.in

While posting a job, you can choose relevant details aligned to the position you are hiring for. You can customise your job post from location, hiring type, salary range, experience expectations.

The Litwork algorithm recommends Candidates that match the requirement of your job post. These candidates may not haven't applied for the job yet, but we're giving you a movers advantage by bringing you the best.

• And if you'd like to proceed with the application, click on 'Shortlist'

• Once you've successfully logged in, you will be redirected to your Open Jobs Overview Wall
• Click on the job card to get an expanded view candidates who have applied to your post or recommended by the Litwork algorithm
• Under the 'New Applicant' column, click on 'view profile' button on the desired candidate profile card
• On the expanded view of the candidate profile, you can access - Resume, LitQ decoded, and a video profile
• Click on the 'Shortlist' button and the candidate card will get added to your 'Shortlisted Candidate' column

Note: You can only access contact details once a candidate has been shortlisted

• On the expanded view, you will the option to 'Download'

• Click on the shortlisted candidate candidate card you wish to connect with
• Select the 'Connect' option on the shortlisted candidates profile

Bulk shortlisting potential candidates just got a whole lot easier with Litwork!

Once you've successfully signed into your Litwork account, you will be directed to your Open Jobs Overview page.
Select the Open Job card to view new applicants, shortlisted candidates and recommended candidates
Click on “ Bulk Shortlist” option - you will notice all the candidate profile cards will be reformatted with a checkbox next to the candidates name
Tick the box on candidates you wish to shortlist and confirm - a notification will be sent to the candidate informing them they've been shortlisted!

• Select the “Add Member” button. A magic link will be shared with the email ID of the member you wish to add

• An email verification will be sent to both you & your newly appointed Admin to confirm the status

• A confirmation email will be shared on successful removal of your member from your Litwork account

Yes, you can! Head over to your Admin Dashboard, you have a tag against each active member letting you know how many jobs they've posted. Select the tag, and you will be redirected to a screen that shows you the job card along with the number of applicants, and those shortlisted.
